Service Description

A thorough walk-through of the home along with pictures taken of each space is conducted with the homeowner. Afterwards, a detailed report is completed and given to the Seller. It is then the homeowner's responsibility to complete the suggestions within the report to stage their own house. This package starts at $150 for a 2-hour session. Beyond 2 hours will be billed at $45/hour.
