Service Description

Moving is stressful! This option allows you to hand the reigns over to us. After a thorough walk-through of the home, a detailed portfolio is created and put into action by us and/or contractors. We will make every attempt to use what you currently have on-hand in the home (furniture & decor). A few decor items may be brought in for a small rental fee (varies). We will take care of any needs related to staging the rooms as dictated by us or the Selling agent. This also includes a follow up visit from us, on the day listing pictures are taken, to finalize the design. This package starts at $325 for 4 hours. Any time beyond 4 hours will be billed at $45/hour.
